Janis Ramsey-Ruise
Evangelist Janis Ramsey-Ruise, is a licensed evangelist and a native of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Janis is a graduate of Pierce College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has additional training in Christian Ministry at Palmer Theological Seminary in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. She is President & CEO at a consulting firm in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
She has served as an instructor in the Philadelphia Prison System and the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I and Certified Life Coach. In addition, as a resourceful businesswoman, she and her daughter, Alicia operates their own event planning business, “A Classy Event.” She is also the founder of Janis Ruise Ministries. She has created a product line, “Just Call Me GG Because I’m A Grateful Gyrl.”™
Evangelist Ruise accepted the Lord as her personal savior at the tender age of 14. She has been a member of the Memorial Church of God in Christ in Haverford, Pennsylvania for over fifty years and has served in many ministries in the church and currently serves as the Assistant Church Mother. She serves as the District Missionary for the West Philadelphia District as well as Executive Committee Board Member and the First Assistant Jurisdictional Supervisor of the Department of Women for the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God In Christ. She has also served as a Spiritual Advisor at Bryn Mawr College.
She has traveled to Italy and Korea. In Korea, she prayed for and ministered to the soldiers in the U. S. Army. She has also ministered in South Africa and Panama as well as on college campuses. She has been interviewed and ministered on Christian talk shows, radio and other broadcast outlets.
Evangelist Ruise is the dedicated and proud mother of two professional adult children, Alicia, and Larry, II, and GiGi to grandson, Jayce Alexander. She also has a host of spiritual sons, daughters, nieces and nephews.
Evangelist Ruise is a woman of God, gifted with the spirit of humility and embraces the body of Christ with love and commits herself to excellence in ministry. She is well-known for ministering with power and authority; captivating her listeners with a profoundly charismatic oratorical delivery. Her unique level of transparency and authenticity has become the hallmark of her ministry. Using her pain as her platform, she shares her victorious testimony of overcoming.
Her ministry has been embraced and received by many denominations and ministries. She is a preacher, teacher and motivational speaker and has shared her ministry locally, across the country and abroad conducting revivals, seminars, workshops, retreats and conferences. She is a true worshipper and praiser, a lover of the Word. She has an outstanding prophetic calling and operates her God-given gifts with accuracy and power.
